Account Deletion

How to request deletion

Email contact@bodyblackbox.com with the subject line Account Deletion Request.

Include the app name, the email address connected to the account, and whether you want your full account deleted or only specific app data removed.

What may be deleted

• Account profile information associated with the requested app.
• User-created app records, logs, notes, preferences, or uploaded content where applicable.
• Support identifiers connected to the account where deletion is legally and technically possible.

What may be retained

Some information may be retained for a limited time when required for legal, security, fraud prevention, tax, audit, payment, dispute, or compliance reasons.

Verification

For security, support may need to verify that the request comes from the account owner before deleting data.

Timeline

Deletion requests are reviewed as soon as possible. Once verified, deletion is completed within a reasonable timeframe unless retention is legally required.
